Hi,
My H1b visa expired in April 2015. I am going to renew it.Also i have a plan for applying Green Card.
Here comes my question. I came to know that for GC I may need to provide my birth certificate.
My Date of birth and place of birth is different in passport and birth certificate. so i am going to apply for new passport with birth certificate details, even my passport is going to expire in next year
In this situation, will this affect my H1b renewal as date of birth and place of birth details with USCIS is going to change now?
if it get renewed and will there be any issue while applying GC ?
Can anyone please assist me on this?
