H4 TO H1 Conversion

Hi ,

I have come to US on H4 visa and after coming here filed H1B. Now I have got valid H1 VISA and also H4 visa which is renewed recently. Now if I have to visit india which VIsa should I get stamped at consolute? Can I apply for stamping of both??

I want to know if anyone has faced the same situation. Would higly appreciate any information reagrding this,

You can't get stamping for both at the same time.

If you are planning to work for your employer upon entering the US, get H1 stamping. Otherwise, get H4.
