Can I travel on H4 when H1 is picked in lottery?

Hi All,
My wife is working in US and I am having a valid H4 visa, but currently I am in India. I filed petition H1 from a consultancy from US and it got picked in lottery.
Now my question is, Can I still travel on H4 visa to US?
If yes, then till when I can travel, I heard that once my H1B petition is approved (in July end or in Aug) then I can not travel on H4.

Please help me here.

Hi ..can some one please help me out here ...I am in US on H1B with stamping till DeC 2021 and my wife is in India and also having valid H4 stamping till Dec 21..now she applied H1B (from US employer )from India and it’s picked in lottery ..Can she travel with H4 visa to USA while her H1B is filed ??..Thanks for your help
