I received my approved I140 notice a few weeks back from company A.. I am currently in India as my previous H1B expired last year due to 6 year limit. Meanwhile company A is taking some time to file the H1B extension based on approved I140 due to lack of projects and I am thinking of moving to company B.. few of q on this -
1) Can company B file a H1B visa based on approved I140 from company A..
2) If I decide to join company B, can I ask them to initiate H1B petition and if approved initiate stamping process as well before I resign from A.. just to make sure that I have a stamped visa before I resign from company A
3) Now once I resign from Company A, they make revoke I140.. can I still enter US based on the stamped visa from B, and then B can start the labour process again... is this possible..
