Hi,
I had completed and submitted by DS-160, made the payment and scheduled the visa appointment. However, there was a change in my itinerary (return date, my employer sponsoring my trip) and I had to update the same in DS-160. So, I created a new application, made the correction and submitted it which resulted in a new confirmation number. I tried to update this new confirmation number in my profile (http://portal.ustraveldocs.com/?lang...&country=India) but I'm getting this error below:
Error: Error occurred while loading a Visualforce page.
Please email us if you need to get in touch.
The only option that it provides is to email them (which I have done) without giving out any other reason for failure. Can you please help me with this? I could not find answers in the FAQ sections. My Visa appointment date is on 05/29/2015 in Chennai, India.
