my h1 has been approved (current company filed to premium processing). Now Company x just gave me an offer and I would like to transfer my h1 to company x before october 1. Would this be possible?
My opt expires in november and with stem extension it will expire in early 2017. An alternative method I would guess is just to give up my h1 and reapply next year?
