    Hi,

I had my H1 approved and stamped with Employer A. (not traveled to US yet)

I had got a new opportunity with employer B and they have completed the transfer. i.e received the new I797.

Now we want to do H4 stamping. And i have the following questions,

    1. Is it ok for my wife to go for H4 stamping before i travel?

    2. Will there be any questions for my wife at consulate interview relating to change in employment?

    3. will the officer at the consulate ask for pay stubs? (As i haven't traveled yet , she cannot produce one)

Any other possible questions that we may anticipate?

Kindly guide me on this. Thanks is advance.

If you havent yet traveled on A's visa, it might just make sense to go for re stamping of H1 with B's petition. Though technically it is not required but it certainly would help. Worst case the officer may ask for you to attend visa stamping too.

This is my opinion not legal advice.
