I am an engineer on h1b and my perm has been filed. But I-140 is still in process. I want to change my team and my job responsibilities will be different than what they r now, although it's still an engineering job. What is the best way to do this without affecting my green card application? Should I wait for another 6 months for my I-140 to get done or should I do it right now?
