Premium processing temporary stall

Hello All,

With the new USCIS decision on Temporary suspension of premium processing, can someone shed light on the concern I have.


Is premium processing not available for individuals who are moving between employers as well ? or is this new temporary suspension applies only to people who are applying for extension when they still are with the same employer.
My case: Changing employer with an extension and I have an approved I-140 from my previous employer which is not revoked.

Your inputs on my concerns are highly appreciated.

Seems it applies only to H1 extensions.
