I am currently on H1 and my H1 is valid till Mar 2016. I am planning to quit with my current employer and leave to India and then travel back to US on H4 after few months. Can you please advise on how many days I can extend my stay once I quit my current employer. Lets consider that my last working day with current employer is May 30. Do i need to leave to India on May 30 ? Will there be any problem if i leave to India around June 7 ? Please advise
