Petitioner Name is wrong on Visa but correctly mentioned on I-797.

Hi ,

After H1B extension , I visited India for H1B Visa stamping . After Successful stamping , I found that petitioner name is wrongly printed on Visa i.e. "XYZ inc" instead on "XYZ consulting Inc" which is correctly mentioned on I-797 . I have already submitted my passport for correction to office . But it was completely strange that how the petitioner name is wrong on my and my spouse Visa when It is correctly printed on my I-797. Is this a case of human error? or something is wrong in their database. I am worried because I am very close to flight date . Is there possibility of delay ? Can some one please share thought or personal experience .

Did they correct the petitioner name on Visa? Did you face any issue at POE?
