H1 Transfer - Case Rejection - Any Chance

I am on H1 and planning to change my current job. But, before that I want to know, if there is a chance of getting H1 transfer rejected from USCIS for new employer?

I just want to make sure before I take any step.

What makes you think your H1 transfer might be rejected? You have not provided any info about your case for anyone to comment on it.

I am planning to transfer my H1, so I was just checking that is there any chances for not getting transfer approval(Rejected) for H1.

Or, let me put it other way - Is H1 transfer case (from one comany to another) always approved?

It should get approved as long as every document is in place. BUT NEVER GUARANTEED. It would be better if you work for the new employer after H1B transfer only. Work for present employer until then. Suggestion only. Never treat this as a legal advice.
