Both my H1 applications got picked up in lottery, what to do now??

Hello,

Please someone clarify my confusions. I am crying literally.

My both H1 applications applied through two different employers got picked up in lottery now. Last time my application didnt go through so this time i made it with 2 employers and my unfortunate both got picked.

What should i do now, will this scenario create any problem in future. please please someone help.
