Extension of 1 year valid H1B
Hi All,
I got my H1B for only 1 year and which is expiring on 8th Oct 2015. I arrived US on 11th April 2015 and I'm preparing documents for my H1B extension.
Could you please help in with below queries as I'm quite clueless about extension process:
1) What are the documents required for extension
2) By what time can I apply for extension
2) What are the chances of my H1B being extended. Is it picked at random?
