My GC is getting processed by my employer and the PERM will be filed by the end of this month (June 2015).
I already have H1 VISA approved till 2017.
Is there a stable state during GC processing - where I can go back to India for a year or so and then return back to US (before my H1 ends).
Once I return back to US, I would not have to start GC processing from the top once again.
My GC processing should not get impacted and once I return back to US, the processing of GC still holds the same status (or gets to the next stage with approvals).
