  • Can I work with my new employer immediately?

I would appreciate your advice on the following matter.

My previous employer transfer the visa to his sister company and I got denial. Then I immediately transfer my H1b visa to new employer without submitting last three months’ pay stubs and I got one year (June 2015 to June 2016) approval notice through consular processing, but I didn't get new I-94 attached with approval notice.
I have unexpired stamp on my passport valid till August 2016 and I-94 valid till August 2016.

Can I work with my new employer immediately?

Nope. You need to leave the country and re-enter with the new employer's approval notice (No need to go for visa stamping. You can use your existing H1B visa to re-enter). You will get a new I-94 at the POE (associated with your new employer's approval notice) which will allow you to work for the new employer.
Not a legal advice. Use of this information is strictly at your own risk.
