I filed the H1B Petition and was approved, but there are two incorrect information entered on I-129. First was Province of Birth, which doesn't match what's on my passport. The other one was the "address of the organization" part. My lawyer put his name on it but right on part 5,"the address where the beneficiary will work if different from part one" he put my employer's address. LCA has the correct address. I work at Brooklyn and the Lawyer is in Queens. It results that on I-797, it is also the lawyer's address under my employer's name, for example,
ABC Corp------my employer, correct name
YYYY XX--------Lawyer's address
I am going back to my home country for visa stamping, and I want to know if they are issues.
Do I need to file a amendment to correct it?
