Urgent question related to H1 Visa

Hi all,
I got my H1 picked in lottery, I am waiting for it to be approved. I have one more chance to apply for H1 next year. If it does not get approved this year, will it have any effect on my H1 being picked/approved next year?
I am a bit confused ,please help

No impact as long as the denial is not because of fraud on your part.
