Hi All,

Can any tell me, is it Mandatory to submit my Masters degree certificate to USCIS (I completed masters in US) for my H-1b Transfer

Also, I am not mentioning my master degree details in my resume, which I am going to submit to USCIS.

If your job doesn't require masters, then you don't have to submit it. It all depends on the job requirement posted by the employer.
