H1-B visa interview question

I have a H1-B visa interview scheduled this month in New Delhi as I could not secure an appointment in Chennai. I would like to know whether the visa officer will have a copy of all the documents submitted by my employer to the USCIS (INS) at the time of submitting my H1-B petition. I
would appreciate if members of the group can reply. Thanks!

While appearing for the interview its better to take all documents pretaining to ur Company/clients.
1.copy Office lease agreement of US company
2. Photographs of US company
3.Present employees list and hierarchy
4.Product Brouchers if any
From ur side
1. All Mark sheets and original certificates
2.All appointment and experience letters from all firms u worked
3.Salary certificates of all companys -present company is req

Hi Kurind,
I have all the documents ready. But my question is will the embassy have a copy of all my documents originally submitted by my employer to the INS while filing my H1-B petition. That is will the embassy have access to these documents online, or will the INS make them available to them or the only proof of these documents is when we present them to the embassy. Pls reply.
