I am working as an IT consultant for the last 9 years. I am a MBA/BCA graduate. I am planning for an H1B visa. I do not have much idea about the process. I appreciate if any of the friends here in the forum could shed some light on this topic.

Thanks for the information. I know that there a consultants who issue this H1b and we can land in US and search for job. Any good consultants whom you refer ??

No, those are all scam artists.

No job offer = no H-1B

You should find the company/employer yourself who can sponsor H1B visa too you. If you involve middlemen for finding such position, they will likely try to scam you.
