H1 Visa - Employer Change Question

I am currently on H1 visa with employer A, I got an offer from employer B who is now initiating my H1B transfer.

My current project with employer A is ending on 27th June and I cannot join any other project since I have offer from employer B.

Employer B has given joining date as 7th July however with Employer A my last date is 27th June, so there will be a gap of 8-10 days before I join employer B.

Question: will there be a problem with the Gap?

If yes, then what options do I have?

Note: My current H1B and I-94 is valid till Aug 2017

Technically you are considered out of status during the period you are not employed. But such a short duration between jobs should have have any impact. If you want to absolutely make sure that you do not accumulate any out of status period, then your only option is to leave the country and return back after Employer B's petition gets approved or try to postpone your last date with employer A.
