Urgent Pls Respond -DS156

Hi,
I have my H1B visa appointment on January 09th. I have some doubts regarding the filling of info on DS156 for myself and my spouse (h4).

1) Question 34:-My Spouse will be coming with me for H4 stamping and my kid will take an later appointment . Both of them will be travelling at a later date. Should i mention their details here or i leave it blank?

2) My spouse's sister is a green card holder in USA. What should i mention for my spouse DS156 for the question no 37.

1.If nobody travelling with you leave it blank

2. check sister- legal permanent resident
