  • Reporting manager changed do I need to inform USCIS?

Hi my reporting manager changed, do I need to inform uscis or do I need amendment to my h1b? I have visa interview next month, can I tell I report to new manager to visa officer?
I always report to my pititioner company's manager and not client.
    Please advice.

    Thanks,
    Mandar

There is no need to inform USCIS regarding the change in your supervisor. This doesn't qualify for H1B amendment. You are supposed to report to your petitioner and not to the client manager. Just make sure you get the employment verification letter from a supervisor who current work for the petition as of the date of your visa interview.
Not a legal advice. Use of this information is strictly at your own risk.
