Need Advise for H4 Stamping for Family

Hi,

I have following scenario in which I need your guidance to take the further step.

Background:
I am in US on H1b visa
I am working with company A and I have plan to change the company to B in the month of July.
I will be resigning in company A on 1st July 2015. I will give 15 days notice.
My family is INDIA
I had taken their appointment for US H4 Visa on 23rd of June so that Before I resign they will be in the United States with me.
Now due to technical issues in the visa systems they have cancelled all interview from 22nd to 27th June
They have notified to all those who had scheduled interview between 22nd to 26th June to reschedule it after 6 July
I want my family before I change company in US(H1b transfer).
Current available interview date is 24th July.
One more point is here that family has tourist visa for 10 years(i.e. till 2022).


Question here:
How I can call my family before I change the company?
I will have to take school admission for my son here and as session start here in August and he should be here before that.
But As I will be starting processing to change of company to B then I will not get new I797 immediately, which is important document for my family to get H4.
and documents related company A will no longer valid once I will be resigning in company A.

Please advise.

>>> You can't without a valid H4 visa. They can travel in B1, but they can stay in U.S only for a max period of 6 months. Your children need to be in H4 or F1 status to get admission to school.
