H4 visa travel

Hi,
I travelled with my spouse on H4 visa. But had to come back to India with my spouse due to some tragedy at home. But husband returned to USA after 7 days but i stayed here in India for 3 months. Can I go back to USA to my husband and travel alone. In annotation clause of my H4 visa the name of my husband is mentioned?

Sure, no issues as long as you have a valid H4 visa stamped in your passport and you carry your Husband's original H1B approval notice to show at the POE.

Most probably they would, and potentially latest I-94/pay stubs too. As these are the proof that your husband is in valid H1 status, without your husband in valid H1 status you cannot be admitted in H4 status.
