Updating my profile on usatravedocs.com

I am trying to schedule an interview appointment through Apply for a U.S. Visa in India. I created a profile last time when I applied for a visa. Now I have renewed my passport. But my old profile is not updated with this new passport details. Because of this discrepancy, I am not able to schedule interview appointment. I have requested to make changes through "Provide Feedback".

Wondering if anyone else faced similar situation. If so, pls share how you resolved it.
