Hello - I got an offer and had my H1b transfer approved for a Company A. I have resigned with my current employer and 2 weeks are left for my last day. Now another company B gave me offer and I am initiating visa transfer with that also with current employer petition. In case Company B not able to transfer Visa in 2 weeks and my current employer pull the petition from uscis, what will happen? Can I still do visa transfer? I can stay in US without sponsorhsip?

Regulations provide for zero grace period for H-1B visa holders that are out of status.

That said, USCIS policy in defiance of the regulations is to permit transfers within 30 days.

If you can not secure a job by then, you will have to leave and get a new visa using consular processing.
