Hi ,

I got my H1B visa stamped in Feb,2015 from XYZ Company. I have not traveled to US yet and now I am planning to send my wife for a H4 Visa. Is it advisable to go for an H4 visa without Paystubs as I have not traveled yet. Let me know what would be the suitable option.

Dont see any issue in her attending H4 visa interview without you having already traveled. But yes, she should not travel before you.

Hey Thanks for a prompt reply. Do you think any other supporting document would help support for the delay in stamping like mine was in Feb and now sending for H4 Visa.
Also someone told me that Employer latest letter regarding the project start date would also help ? What do you suggest.
