I am currently working in India and would like to renew my expired H1-B.
The details are given below
1. It was expired in May-2009 ( starting from Oct-2006).
2. It was only utilized for about 18 months as my duration of stay in US is 23 November, 2007 through 2 May, 2009.
Can a renew my H1 and still utilize the remaining years as,I know that one can work on H1-B for 6 yr?
