H VISA to F1 COS
Hi,
Currently i am in US and my H1B is expiring on 07/31/2015 . I received an i-20 form from a reputed university with start date as 09/14/2015. I am worried if i file a COS petition to change it to F1 ,i may run into problems since my H1B expires on 07/31/2015 and start date of my I-20 form is 09/14/2015.
Could you please let me know whether i am at a disadvantage due to my start date in i-20 form is 09/14/2015 and expiration date of my H1B would be 07/31/2015.
