H1B stamping: Application Fee question

Dear all,
I am planning to get my H1B visa stamping at chennai consulate. My
family members ( wife/kid ) also will accompany me for the same.

As I understand the fee is $100 PER PASSPORT ( Rs.4600 payable at HDFC).
Is this amount same even for H4 ( wife and kid ) ? or is it $100 per H1B passport?

Its not clear from VFS website

Its same for everyone...$100 per passport.....
