Cycle Reset for Non-immigrant Visa(H1-B)

Hi,

I was in US on L1-B from June-2011 to Aug-2014 and returned to India in Aug 2014 as my L1-B expired. Meanwhile, my employer filed my H1-B in April-2014 and luckily it got picked in 2014 lottery process and my H1-B petition was approve in OCT-2014. But since Aug-2014 I have not travelled to US. Now in Aug-2015 I will be completing my one year outside US without my H1-B being used, will be my cycle be reset and whether I can use 6 years of my H1-B?

No, I dont think so. The cycle is reset if one files in the cap of the year after completion of 365 days outside US you filed it before completion of 1 Year outside stay.
