Help! H1b to B2 pending, new H1b transfer filed. When can i start working?

Hi I was laid off 2 months ago, and filed a b2 then. Now my new employer filed h1b transfer for me about 3 weeks ago, both cases are still pending, can i start working now? what should i do with the pending b2 case? thanks!!!

Hi Hanlin Li,

Did you figure out a solution. I see there was no reply to the thread and i am in a similar situation.
