H1B amendment + Extension premium processing

Hi,

Normal processing of my H1B (amendment + extension) is started last month end. I heard that USCIS has resumed the premium processing of extension now. 1. Is it possible to change my case to premium now?
2. How much addition money I need to pay for changing to premium now
3. If premium processing is possible now, how much time it will take to approve mu case.
