Revoking of h1 b visa transer and go on previuos h1

Hi friends,

I got h1 stamped visa from Employer A.
But they are not sending me to US.

Now, I got Employer B, who is ready to transfer my H1 visa from India and then he will send me to US.

Now, my question is: while transferring my H1 (in the mid of transfer process) to employer B if my previous employer A want to send me to US.
So, can I ask employer B to cancel my visa transfer and can I fly on previous company A's visa?

yes you can do that until your Emp A doesnt revoke your H1B
