Requesting for rejection in INterview

Hi,
Can I request H1B interviewer to reject my application at time of stamping. My petition is selected in lottery & cannot travel now. This employer of mine has strict bond, so gettting rejected in interview is best thing that can happen now. Anybody know any way to get rejected? (not concerned about future scope to travel)

Yes, you can request the interviewer to reject your visa application. This will be noted in your history and getting the future work visa stamped may become an issue. Filing H1B petitions are not cheap. The VO will take it in a way that you have actually made a U.S employer spend a lot of money for nothing. So there will be consequences. But if you don't care about it, then you can definitely request the VO to reject your case. Employment bonds are illegal in U.S.
