I am currently on H4 visa since Feb 2014
I have held H1B from
1)9 Nov 2009 -05 June 2012
2)5 June 2012 to 28 Nov 2014 (after the visa renewal)
During the period of Nov 2009 to Nov 2014 I have been to US for 5 months only on H1.
I resigned from Company for which I held H1 in Jan 2014 and on H4 since then.
My question is what is the last date on which I need to file for new H1B for me to be cap exempt.
