H1B LCA amendment processing time

I wanted to know the processing time involved in H1B LCA amendment.
Have the rules for amendment process changed of late?
Are there any options to get amendment processed quickly?

Kindly help me clarify above questions.

>>> Yes. LCA amendment alone is not enough. Your H1B need to be amended.

Are there any options to get amendment processed quickly?
>>> There is a premium processing for H1B amendment which will get you the result in 15 days. LCA need to be filed prior to the H1B amendment. There is no premium for filing the LCA.
So it will roughly be 10 + 15 days.
