H1B Amendment - Is it needed for dependents to go for stamping again?

Hi,

I am currently on H1B in California.
My family is in India with a valid H4 stamping and are planning to travel soon.

As per the new guidelines from USCIS, I would need to file my H1B amendment due to client change.
I have started the process for H1B amendment.

Is it needed now for my family to go for stamping again?
They went for stamping last April and have a valid Visa.

Not necessary. They use their existing valid H4 visa to travel. Give them a copy of your amended approval notice to carry when they travel.
