How many days will takes normal H1 transfer process?

Please provide knowledge below my queries.
1. As my knowledge if it apply premium USICS will approval by 15 days(Aprox).
2. Same case if apply Normal- what is Max,Min days needs to wait for approval like cutoff (not 3 to 5 months)
3. Have any tracking tool another than online casestatus?

3. No there is no other tool, but your attorney gets to know a few hours before it reflects in the case status website.

On December 18, 2014, we received your Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker.

What were you doing all this time? Post 90 days from the receipt notice, your employer/attorney should have contacted USCIS to get a status on your case.
Have to started working for the new employer based on the receipt notice. If yes and if your petition gets denied, you will be in trouble. Ask your attorney to take an infopass appointment with USCIS to discuss your case. Do not rely on online case status.
