Is it possible to get H1B Transfer w/o Pay Stubs

Hi,
This is regarding H1B transfer w/o pay slips as I came to US recently(a week before) and would like to know:
If I have job from other employer(Compnay2) and he wants to transfer my H1B(from company1). Is it possible in this scenario as I do not any pay stubs and just running 2nd week here?

Any commnets/suggestions would be of great help!

Yes. you will get.

When I was on H1B I got a transfer immediatly after coming here. That time i was not having paystub or even SSN.

just make sure again because that was teh case in 1998.

Pay stubs provide information about working ,therefore, valid H1B status to USCIS when a person requests change of status.

In absence of paystubs, H1 may be approved . In such casebut the person has to travel outside US to get stamping and new I-94
