Can we travel while H1 extension is applied

My current Visa will be expiried on 31-Jan-2016. My comapny is filing my extension now. So whether i can able to travel in August month. I will be returning back in three weeks (will be in US on Sep 08'2015). Will be there any issue while i am entering the US.

You are not suppose to leave the country when the extension is pending. Your EOS may get denied. Either file the extension after you return back from your vacation or file it now, get it approved and then travel. If you file it in premium, you will get the result within 15 days.
