Hi all,

I am in US on H-1B visa and my wife on H4.

I changed employer and now have new I 797 (case type I129 Petition for a non immigrant worker).

My wife applied for extension of stay and has a I 797 (case type I539 Application to extend non immigration status).


When my wife fills in DS160 for visa stamping, which I797 details should be used in 'Travel' section of the document ? Who would be the principal applicant in her case?
