Hi all,
I have an appt in March 2006 at Canada Toronto consulate.
Will they allow to come back to USA to complete my formalities if my H1B gets rejected or has 221g?
I need to then go to India.
What is better... whether taking the flight from Canada itself to India, or coming to USA and then fly to India.?
It seems when we travel by road to Canada, they just see I-94 and if I fly from Canada to India after stamping, my I-94 remains with me.
So, will there be any trouble while re-entering USA since I haven't been able to give my I-94 to port of exit, if I travel directly to India.
Your replys will be appreciated.
Thanks,
avnic
