My First 3 years of H1B with EMPLOYER-A completed in sept-2003. I visited India beginning of 2003 and EMPLOYER-A got my Visa stamped while we stayed in USA ( the facility to get your visa stamped while in USA ended in 2004 sometime).
I got my 2nd 3-year slot visa stamped and is valid till sept-2006.
EMPLOYER-A gave me I-129 and I-539(dependents) and this form has a I-94 form in it.
I changed my Job and joined EMPLOYER-B and transfered my H1B. The new
I-129/I-539 also has a I-94 form in it.
Question:
Now I have 3 I-94 forms:
(1) I-94 issued at the port of entry when I entered USA in 2003.
(2) I-94 in the I-129/I-539 form by EMPLOYER-A
(3) I-94 in I-129/I-539 from EMPLOYER-B
AS I understand (3) should be used to get visa stamping during India visit.
Which of (1) and (2) SHOULD I return when I leave USA?
thanks a lot in advance
regards
