Hi,
I work for an employer A. My visa petition got approved for client X and location D. I did not go for visa stamping process and filed an amendment process for client Y and location E.
I have my LCA form, acknowledgement receipt for my I129 and a submitted copy of I 129 form. The petition amendment is not yet approved.
Using these documents and the previous petition, can I appear for the stamping process.
Any help will be appreciated. Thanks for the help in advice.
