  • H1B Transfer

    Hi,
I moved from company A to company B. Company B filled new petition for h1b transfer, after 3 months company A revoked the H1B Sponsorship and the h1b transfer is still pending . In this situation can move to company C and whether company C, can file new h1b transfer petition while the first transfer is pending?

Yes, C can file their petition.
This is my opinion and not legal advice.

      Thanks for your Reply.

Once I joined Company C, after they filed their petition. What would happen for Company B's transfer petition. Do I need to revoke the Company B's transfer petition ? If it went to RFE do I need to respond for that ? Is Bridge of Continuity" is needed ?

You can certainly file a transfer from B to C. However, keep in mind this will be considered a bridge petition. Since you already started working for Company B, your company B's petition should get approved for Company C's petition to be approved. If Company B petition is denied or if Company B revokes their pending petition (If you quit them and no longer work for them), Company C's petition will be denied or will get approved for consular process. It is not advisable to join Company C until their petition gets approved with a new I-94 or at least wait until Company B's petition to be approved before joining Company C based on their receipt notice.
Not a legal advice. Use of this information is strictly at your own risk.

H1B transfer degree certificate last name is misspelled

          I have one question –
My H1B transfer is going on . I have one worry my degree certificate and marksheet has my last name wrong
by a character although it pronounce same.
My all other documents like visa, passport , H1B doc and Pay stubs all have same name and correct name.
          Will this have any issues?

          Thanks
