Can H1 be revoked by a VISA office in Indian USA consulate?

I am in a bit complicated situation.
Did my masters and the h1 approved, worked for few years .. due to personal reasons I had to come back to India.
Continued my work from India for more than 2years, Now I am planning to go back to USA.
I filled my tax filling also for last 2 years.
I need to go to VISA stamping. How much does this get complicated in future?
Am i eligible to work from India using H1? File tax returns?
Can my h1 be revoked in Consulate while stamping?

I see no complications. There is nothing wrong in what you have done. Working outside U.S and paying taxes in U.S is no reason to revoke your petition.
