Need Immigiate help for My H1B Status and Transfer

I came to USA on company A in May. Meanwhile in March they have closed Company A , and all employee of Company A are working with their other Company B. I have also joined Company B. They didn't transfer my Visa to Company B. I am getting Paystub and everything from Company B only. Now i got new opportunity. They are ready to transfer my Visa also. But i am not sure does it create any problem if my visa holding to Company A(which is closed) and do have paystub of Company B(their sister company). Please help me what is best way before joining Company C should i transfer visa from Company A to Company B? or can i direct do visa transfer to Company C with help of paystub of Company B?

B should inherit A's petition as successor in interest. But some documentation will be needed. C's attorney will tell you, ask them.
